This is the first time we're working with this new
presentation system, and, in fact, the recording failed to
work the first time around.
We were able to resurrect it through our audio backup
system, and though the quality is a bit off, we're glad we
were able to get it to you.
Also, a few of you reported that you didn't get the audio
during the LIVE Event. It seems that the problem was in
our networking system that dropped connection 49 seconds
into the event.
We apologize that you couldn't hear it live and therefore
could not ask your questions during the Q&A... however,
you can ask your questions on the replay page by scrolling
to the bottom of the page where there's a section to post
them.
We will get back to you promptly with a personal reply.
As usual, you can also Reply to this email with your
questions about the training.
