July Wine Club!

It is officially Summer in the South Bay! The sun is out, your tan is golden, and your BBQ’s are grilling. The only thing missing is your Barsha wine! This month we have chosen wines that are going to go hand in hand with your Fourth of July festivities! Our Classico club gets a Pinot Blanc that is your perfect day drinking wine that is - both lively and bright! For the red, we have a Bordeaux that will stay on the top of your head and tip of your tongue for the rest of the month.
For Riserva you are getting a Sauvignon Blanc from Napa that is going to pair perfectly with your bikini and sunscreen! Our red this month is a blend from Paso Robles that will elevate any grilled meats or BBQ that you’ll be cooking up!

Textbook Orsi Vineyard aromatics of roasted lemon, citrus and green apple. The palate is lively and bright, with the orchard citrus fruits juicy and textured, while the acidity supplies ample freshness and delineation. Savory, light, refreshing and very versatile tableside.

Saying “Sayonara” to the ubiquitous wood regime that was wood barrels and transitioning into stainless steel has transformed these wineries into a true standout. Elegance and cleanliness is the name of the game for this spectacular vineyard. Serve this with your Sunday brunch and it will be a crowd pleaser!

This is a perfumed juicy wine with attractive acidity and plenty of ripe berry fruits. It has light tannins, just enough to give the wine its shape and tannic edge. A blend of roughly 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, made in a tank and bottled without filtration. Its nose is marked by scents of graphite minerality; its flavors are silky and long.

Primary aromas of lemon and lime zest, orange blossom and Granny Smith apples are followed on the palate with flavors of limeade, cut hay, white peach, pineapple and vanilla bean. A noticeable wet stone minerality from the Larkmead fruit provides a wonderful counter balance and vibrant tension to the pure fruit expressions.
The addition of 9% Semillon to this Sauvignon Blanc yields a highly complex wine option for anyone seeking a little more “umph” in their whites. Paso Robles

The Maniacal is back! Paso’s Westside is home to some world-class Rhone grapes. Grenache takes the spotlight in this blend showcasing beautiful blue and black fruit flavors. On the mid- palate, Syrah shows it’s pretty little face in the form of roasted coffee, meat, and pencil shaving. The finish is longer than this tasting note and leaves a lingering taste of purple violets. Loads of sagebrush with a boysenberry frame. Destined to be your favorite wine from here on out!


July Cheese & Charcuterie Club!

Big John's Cajun is a cheddar-style cheese with a cayenne-cajun pepper rub and is made with pasteurized Jersey milk. It is produced by Beehive Cheese Company in Utah, United States. Fully aged cheese is spicy in flavor and rich, smooth, creamy in texture. This spicy hand rubbed cheese packs a heated punch as you near the rind! It pairs well with full-bodied red wines, champagne, or a fruity wheat beer. It can be shaved on salad or melted over a burger.

You will also be getting a special surprise pate, we don't want to give anything away but just know that it will be amazing!
