The refurbished facility at Gosford will provide improved facilities to tribunal users, including two hearing rooms and five conciliation rooms. A Sheriff's Officer will provide onsite security when required to improve safety for tribunal users.
NCAT hearings will begin at the Gosford Gateway Centre in mid-July. The Consumer and Commercial Division will sit every week at Gosford. The Guardianship Division will also regularly use the venue.
