At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
- Communicate and coordinate with the customer to establish the extent and scope of marine logistics activities involved.
- Liaise, plan, organize and schedule delivery of products to the site and vessel.
- Ensure all incoming transit, care-off items, and off-landed cargoes are checked and inspected for quality status; and report any damage, deterioration, and discrepancy found to the customer.
- Understand and apply INCOTERMS 2010 and multimodal transportation and documentation.
