Today's video and interview is with Sari Nisker-Fox! I have known Sari for close to 15 years already....when I was just starting my intuitive healing and Soul Mentoring practice/business! At the time she owned a fabulous yoga studio that I got to see clients from.....many who are still clients of mine to this today! I love how the Universe connects us all....and the dots....when we're open and willing! That's a BIG piece that Sari and I talked about in this interview.....how to listen to the Soul's call....especially when it's calling for BIG internal and external change!........
Sari Nisker-Fox is an Entrepreneur, Yoga Teacher, Mentor, and Holistic Life Coach. Sari has lived and breathed the fitness and yoga space in NYC and Toronto for over 15 years as a practitioner, teacher, and studio owner. A life long learner in numerous movement practices, Sari has trained and taught, leads teacher training, immersions and workshops. Sari’s innate curiosity for the mind-body connection and what the contemporary yogi (and non-yogi) needs today inspires her Wellness and Life Coaching, both privately and corporately. Sari is the founder of Indira Wellness, building experiential mindfulness, physical health and nutrition programs that integrate into businesses to inspire a culture of living well!
