Her focus for the last twenty years has been to support personal growth and change in large organizations, although now her work is mostly executive coaching. She is the owner of Starr Consulting; a leading provider of coach training, working internationally and across cultures. Julie is the author of the best-selling, The Coaching Manual, Brilliant Coaching, and The Mentoring Manual. She has been coaching formally for at least 18 years and prefers to work with people who are open to a deeper form of enquiry - to surface underlying barriers of belief or behaviour to create a real advancement in terms of personal progress and fulfillment.
