| Pines Membership:
The Beanery's lease agreement with the Pines expires at the close of business, Thursday, March 31, 2016. The Pines declined the Beanery's offer to extend the lease at a reduced rent through the end of September, 2016. The Pines countered with an offer to extend on a month-to-month basis at a reduced rent while a new tenant got arrangements in place. The Beanery rejected that counter-offer.
We have a new food & beverage tenant in the works, The Clubhouse Grill & Catering. They are working toward beginning member service on May 1, 2016, with an expanded opening for the general public by June 1. Meanwhile, we are working with them to arrange for some snacks and drinks for the month of April.
We will update you with the details for the month of April in a few days' time. Meanwhile, be sure to come on out and enjoy the steadily-improving weather, the driving range and idyllic golf course conditions.
