Subject: Sue and Camryn

Dear Pilgrim,
It is with sadness and with resurrection hope that we share that Brigitt Couch, daughter of Sue Couch and mother to Camryn, Chris, and Nick, passed away Sunday morning after a long bout with alcoholism. Their father passed away five years ago from a drug overdose.

Sue and Camryn are active members of our worship community, prayer ministry, care ministry, Sunday School program, and are bright lights in our neighborhood.

We invite you to a memorial service for Brigitt on Thursday, June 1st at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim.

Please keep Sue, Camryn, Chris, and Nick in your prayers.

Cards can be sent to:
Sue Couch and Family
4240 N. Wolcott Ave.  #2
Chicago, IL 60613

If you would like to make an offering to help the family cover the costs of the cremation and memorial, you may write a check to Pilgrim and place in the memo:  Couch Family.  There may also be a "Go Fund Me" page set up soon to help secure online donations.  If you would like to help bring them a meal, you can sign up here:

The assigned Gospel Reading from this past Sunday was from John 14, as Jesus  says,  "I will not leave you orphaned."   May God use us to be living embodiments of the Good Shepherd's love at this time.

In Christ,
Pastor Kristian
