It is with sadness and with resurrection hope that we share that Brigitt Couch, daughter of Sue Couch and mother to Camryn, Chris, and Nick, passed away on May 21st, following their father’s passing five years earlier, so now the kids have lost both parents. Sue and Camryn are active members of our worship community, prayer ministry, care ministry, Sunday School program, and are bright lights in our neighborhood. Please keep Sue, Camryn, Chris, and Nick in your prayers. Cards can be sent to: Sue Couch and Family
4240 N. Wolcott Ave. #2
Chicago, IL 60613
If you would like to make an offering to help the family cover the costs of the cremation and memorial, you may write a check to Pilgrim and place in the memo: Couch Family. There is also a "Go Fund Me" page set up to help secure online donations: https://www.gofundme.com/please-help-the-couch-family

This entails leading groups of kids through approximately 20 minute segments of active outdoor play. The curriculum includes suggested games or you can come up with your own activities. Please contact Chris cewallis1949@yahoo.com if interested. VBS is scheduled for the mornings of July 17-21.

Hot Meals Team 1 - needs a shopper! The dates are June 10, August 19, and October 28. We thank Claudia Dawley for being the previous shopper. This would involve communicating with the team captain before those dates for a list of what to buy and then dropping the food off by Friday evening or early Saturday morning. You would get a fob to come into the school. Your receipts can be turned into the business office for reimbursement. If interested, please contact sarahlau@juno.com
