Ok, Heather, here's our final segment for our 1-minute exercises (for now)!  This one is pretty cool and I am excited to show it to you.
Today we will look at using ab discs to strengthen your core.  You can get these discs at Five and Below for $5 a set.  They are easy to take with you, pack in your suitcase, and are cheap enough that you can have more than 1 set!  

It doesn't take long to feel the effects of this one.  I get breathless pretty fast and find it a considerable challenge to increase my speed and duration.  I am curious to see how you like it!
Be sure to consult with your health professional (or me if you are my client) about any back, shoulder, wrist, or neck issues before beginning this exercise.
