So, Heather, hopefully you have spent some time with the wall squat and figured out how to work it into your day.  

Today we will discuss a second option for you to try out to see what you think.  We are doing the low plank today, Heather.  

Now before you roll your eyes like the "plank" is some dirty word, take a look at the video.  The low plank is one of THE most valuable strengthening tools for your entire body.

I used to HATE doing low planks.  I could barely suffer through 5 seconds of shaking for several months when I first started these, and now I can do a strong 1 minute and actually enjoy it!  I now have a stomach to be proud of too, and can wear a two-piece bathing suit for the first time in a very long while and be happy about it :-)

So, give it a try.  Click on the image below to see the video tutorial and see how I do it.  And try to work it into your day 3x for as long as you can tolerate.  It may only be 2 sec or 3 seconds to start, but it will get better if you stick with it.
