So, Heather, how are things going so far?   Have you been able to work in the first three exercises at some point during your day? If you can't do 1 minute, maybe 5-10 seconds?   If 1-minute is too easy, have you tried 3 minutes?  Have you been able to do any of them more than once a day?

Well, let's keep adding tools to our box, shall we?  The more you have to work with, the more successful you will be, right, Heather

Today we are going to add:  Mountain Climbers!  This is one of the most aerobic and challenging plank exercises for me.  It gets my heart rate up pretty quickly and it is probably the least of my favorites.  That means I need to do it more, right, Heather?
