So, Heather, how are the mountain climbers working for you?  Getting your heart rate up?  Let's take a second to review what we have done so far:

#3 Side & High Planks
#4 Mountain Climbers

Which one is your favorite or which one were you able to work into your daily routine?? Of these 4 the low planks are probably my favorite.  Do you remember when I told you I hated them?  When I first stated I was so bad at them, that I hated to do them!  So, don't let that be a deterrent to you!

This week we will progress to the "V" Hold. I find this one to be one of the more challenging and, in fact, struggled with it until I had a little bit more abdominal control.  So, bare with it.  You may have a similar experience!

Remember to start with what you have.  If you can only hold 1-5 seconds to start, that's okay and normal.  Just try to build upon it until you get to 30 seconds.  Then keep going to 1 minute when you are able.

Be sure to consult with your health professional (or me if you are my client) about any back issues before beginning this exercise.
