So, Heather, what did you think about the first two exercises?
Here's a recap:

Did you have a chance to try them out?  Which one is your favorite or which one were you able to work into your daily routine??

This week we will progress to the Side Plank and the High Plank.
If you are struggling with the Low Plank or Side Plank, the High Plank will be an easier alternative for you.  Remember to start at whatever level you are at.  If you can only hold 1-5 seconds to start, that's okay and normal.  Just try to build upon it until you get to 30 seconds.  Then keep going to 1 minute when you are able.

Be sure to consult with your health professional (or me if you are my client) about any knee, shoulder or back issues before beginning this exercise.

So this newsletter series will walk you through 7 options for one minute exercises to empower your core, give you the strength and energy you need to get through your day, and to set you up for successful aging!
