Subject: Oh No! Another email from that SAME Customer

Hello Friend,

Well, there certainly was a lot of feedback on yesterday's RANT email.

The majority of people had words for this particular fellow, that are not printable here.

A few said that I should not be sharing this stuff publicly, and should stick to sending out emails only about the
latest goodies on sale from Khan Scope.

But here's the thing: Then I would have to visit a therapist to deal with this stuff.

That's no fun.

Now just to be clear: The particular individual who sent me the email does receive these emails as well.

So a word to the wise: If you send me nasty emails, you might just end up here too.

And yesterday, he sent me ANOTHER email, which today I'll share with you verbatim:

Hy you guys

Explain to me WHY my 8.8mm,14mm,18mm and 30mm 2in. ser 5000 don't work.( adjustable twist-up rubber eyeguard for comfort and blocking stray light. ) They do not twist up. I would not want to think that you sold me first of all a telescope that the dec motor wouldn't last long. Then Eyepieces that you had for years and decided to sell to me. Or maybe I am Bad luck in person . So the solution is what , you send me all these eyepieces with no shipping charges and I will send you back the same ones that don't work.

Waiting for answer.

Have a nice day

But wait there's more!

This morning I got yet another email,  again printed here verbatim:

Now I have to apologize

So sorry , am a dum ass

I was not turning the right thing on the eyepiece

Sorry for the anger

Ok, lets give the guy some credit; he did apologize.

Now here's a test I don't recommend you try: Slap your spouse in the face, and then say "Sorry honey".

Ok, I think you get the point.

Because you've been so kind as to save me from visiting a therapist, I am going to offer you a 10% discount on any accessory that
we sell (that's not already on  sale of course) worth over $100.

The deal is good till Tuesday Midnite.

Just use the discount code: dumass  on the checkout page at www.khanscope.com

Clear Skies,

Ray Khan
