Youth Hub Relaunch - ISSofBC Welcome Centre Youth Hub has expanded programs and drop-in times including Saturdays to meet the needs of young immigrants and refugees. ISSofBC youth workers across Metro Vancouver can now share workshop information, activities and events on a new ISSofBC Youth Facebook page.
