Art Expression

Join us for an exciting afternoon of Art making. We’ll provide the supplies and you’ll provide the imagination. Each week Miss Sarah will make a small project with the kids and then give them time to build a masterpiece with the same supplies leading up to the final week’s group art project. Each week artists will explore a new medium.
Rock the Block LEGO’s (grades K+)
Tuesday, July 5 @ 6pm & Saturday, July 16 @ 1pm
Calling all LEGO fanatics! You won't want to miss this block-filled afternoon. We provide the LEGO bricks and upbeat music to build by, you provide the imagination! For grades K+ (younger children welcome with an adult caregiver).

The 2017 Nutmeg Nominees are here! Join us as we talk about whether or not The Misadventure's of the Family Fletcher By Dana Alison Levy has what it takes to be the 2017 Nutmeg winner. No right or wrong answers, just bring your opinions! Each month we’ll read one nominee and see if we can predict the state wide winner by the end of the voting period. Geared toward grades 3 and up.

Take your doodles to another level! Certified Zentangle Instructor Kelley Kelly teaches the basics of this fun, meditative art. No matter your artistic ability, you'll enjoy learning new techniques that have been proven to help increase focus and creativity. Supplies provided. Registration required.

Meet our new robots! The Sphero and BB-8 robots are multipurpose tools for learning, exploring, and playing.
