It's
Tuesday August 29, 2017 as I write this. I just published my very first
video with my answers to subscribers' health questions.
Well,
to be more accurate, I just spent hours reading subscribers' questions,
considering my answers, doing some research, recording the video,
editing the video, uploading it to YouTube, etc. So it was not a quick
or simple process. Hopefully I'll find a way to be more efficient about
it in the future! :-)
