Paramahansa Yogananda Special Events in January 2018
Friday, January 5, 2018-- 8:00 pm Paramahansa Yogananda Birthday Commemoration Service.
This service will be followed at 9:00 pm by having birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday to Master.
Saturday, January 13, 2018-- 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Paramahansa Yogananda All Day Commemoration Meditation.

New Year's Eve Meditation Service Canceled
Our annual service on New Year's Eve has been canceled due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions. Happy New Year to everyone and may your every spiritual ambition be strengthened with indomitable will power. |

Annual Elections
Sunday January 14th, 2018
We will hold our annual group elections on Sunday, January 14th, 2018 at noon after Sunday services. Elections are held according to SRF Election Guidelines. Please see detailed information on the process and requirements in the front foyer.
The members of this years Nominating Committee are; Chairman, Doris Weiner, with Chandra McCormac and Sanjay Veerabathina.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else (with their permission) for any of the elected positions please feel free to contact a committee member. You may ask any questions that you have about SRF group elections.
Your participation in our election process is encouraged and appreciated.

Dallas-Fort Worth Building Fund
At the end of November the balance in our Chapel 2020 Building Fund is $250,585.14.
This was late in coming because of the end of year accounting at Mother Center.
Thank you all for your continued support of our efforts to have a wonderful new home for SRF in North Texas.

SRF Houston Center Announces
2018 Kriya Initiation and Public Lecture Tour
The Houston Center will be hosting a Public Lecture Tour and Kriya Initiation from Friday, April 6 to Sunday, April 8, 2018. Please note that Kriyabans would need to bring their Kriya Card for admittance to the ceremony. New Initiates must register with Mother Center and receive a Blue Admittance Card prior to attending the Kriya Ceremony.
Events will be held at nearby Unity Church and Houston Center of SRF.

2018 SRF Monastic Led Public Outreach in DFW
at Unity of Dallas on Forest Lane
on April 11, 2018
Our Group will be hosting an SRF monastic led public outreach event in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Everyone can help by bringing friends and new people for an inspiring introduction to Self-Realization Fellowship and Paramahansa Yogananda.
The visiting monastics will also give us an inspirational service for the group at our Chapel on April 10th.
In order to make this event a success, our group will need many volunteers for a variety of tasks. Please email to connect@srfdallasfortworth.org offering your help in promotional efforts and many functions on April 11th.

Saturday morning 3 hour Meditation Service at 9:00 -12:00 pm
Sunday morning Meditation Service at 10:00 am -10:45 am
Sunday morning Reading Service at 11:00 am -12:00 pm
Sunday School for children 5 to 13 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm on Sundays.
*New service for Teens. The 1st Sunday every month at 11:00 am.
