"There can be no baggage when the one and the all unite." - NEO (channeled by Darshana)
Why do we often awaken in the morning already feeling heavy? What keeps us from moving lightly and gracefully through life? Baggage. What's in this baggage? An assortment of things for us to rummage through. (1) Past traumas to which we remain attached. Attachment to past traumas comes from a desire to fill an unresolved need for (any of the following): to be heard, to matter, to be nurtured or supported, to be right, to be seen, or to be treated with dignity. (2) The limiting narrative we tell ourselves about our life. Tell your life story to someone. How do you FEEL while telling it? Notice the vibrational weight as you recount your life's journey. Each time you feel heavy, there are more bags to unpack. Refer to item 1.
You see, the weight we carry arises from Attachment. This attachment is not to the material things of life, but to the vibrational quality of incompleteness. Incompleteness is a result of forgetting to recognize yourself as the Divine being you are... an image of the Universe. Your completeness is innate for you contain all that has ever been and all that will ever be.
To "drop your baggage" is to see yourself as the complete whole. In the vibrational world, there can be no baggage when the one and the all unite. - One Love. NEO
