Subject: Lightning Lesson #4 -- Craftsmanship

Good afternoon!

The final video of the Lightning Lesson Series by AgileCxO.org has arrived – and we saved the best for last!
Click here for Lightning Lesson #4.

If you are just joining the free Lightning Lessons Series for Agile Leaders, here’s where we are:

In Lightning Lesson #1 we talked a little bit about Values: how to project them and how they need to trace to how the work is done – the frameworks, ceremonies, and techniques.

In Lesson #2 we covered what Agile leaders need to provide so their teams can be more successful.

Lesson #3 focused on Product vision, and how to work with business partners to successfully define a solution. I call this Envisioning.

Today, I’m talking about Craftsmanship, that is, creating high-quality solutions that satisfy customers’ needs, and the capability lift you get from transforming your team from one that practices Agile ceremonies to one that consistently delivers great products.

Take just 10 minutes to watch this powerful video to learn how to be the best Agile leader you can be.

To your success!
