We are bringing to you a side you may have not seen before! For April’s Cheese Club you’ll get a first hand look at Oregon’s finest cheese and charcuterie concoctions, starting with a unique cheddar from Rogue’s Creamery infused with a nice and deep Chocolate Stout by Rogue Ale. As for the charcuterie, we are showcasing a Landrauchschinken Smoke Ham which is encrusted with burnt sugar and served like prosciutto. A ham that is like no other you’ve had before, incredibly flavorful and delicate! |
