Best Butter in the World!
"Le Meunier says the butter is made to his specifications in small lots by a producer in Normandy. The cream is inoculated with bacteria and fermented for a couple of hours — like yogurt. Then it's churned in an old-fashioned beater, or barrette. When it just begins to come together in curds, it's transferred to wooden molds and spread by hand to avoid breaking up any of the delicate fat globules.
One of his favorite treats is to spread it on hot toast and sprinkle it with chocolate powder. If the thought of that doesn't get you salivating, you haven't tasted great butter."

Wild Hibiscus Cocktail! 
A great after dinner cocktail perfect for a fall night! Wild Eden, a blend of gin, elderflower liqueur and hibiscus, topped with prosecco!

Wild Eden (1 Serving)
 
3/4 oz. Sloan's Dry Gin
3/4 oz. Bertina Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. Syrup from Hibiscus Flower Jar
Foss Marai Prosecco
1 Wild Hibiscus Flower

Preparation:
Place a Wild Hibiscus Flower in the bottom of a martini glass. Shake the Gin, Elderflower liqueur, Lemon juice and Wild Hibiscus Rose Syrup in an ice filled shaker. Strain into the glass, top with prosecco & sit back & enjoy the cool!
