The nose shows hints of honey, pear, and white flowers. Fruit forward w/granite minerality & sharp acidity. Pairs amazingly w/ shellfish, grilled fish, & roasted meats! The perfect wine to start off your Easter Brunch!
Harissa Bloody Mary!
 Harissa Bloody Mary Recipe!

2oz. Square One Vodka
4 oz. Powell & Mahoney Bloody Mary Mix
1 tsp. Barsha's Tunisian Harissa (add more if you like spice!)
1/4 oz. lemon juice (quick squeeze!)
Pinch of Cumin
Fill shaker w/ ice & pour in glass!

Garnish: 
Wedge of lemon
Barsha's Tunisian Olives

"Cider isn't a new thing," says Andy Petek, cofounder of Woodinville's two-month old Grizzly Ciderworks. "It was really the most popular drink in the country in the 18th and 19th century. We're talking George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson. From the average settler to the founding fathers, they all grew apples and fermented to make cider. The thing about cider back then was it was a lower alcohol content and people could drink it throughout the day. So people drank cider in the morning, all day long, literally, on the battlefield, everywhere."

For our wine club this month, we're featuring a beautiful Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, & Pinot Noir from the lush green paradise of Oregon, and & an amazing red blend from the Alpine gorgeousness that is Washington!  
We are also featuring the dreamy “Sleeping Beauty” cheese from Cascadia Creamery in Washington & Finocchiona Salami from Olympic Provisions in Oregon. The Pacific Northwest is home to some amazing artisan cheese,  charcuterie, & wine makers as you soon will experience!
