| | JUPITER RETROGRADE: THE SEARCH FOR INNER TRUTH
At 11:46 PM EST on March 8, transiting Jupiter will station retrograde at 23°13' Scorpio and then continue to backpedal through the zodiac until it stations direct on July 10 at 13°21' Scorpio.
Approximately every 13 months, Jupiter goes retrograde for about four months during which time it's energy is turned inward.
The purpose of this cycle is to encourage us to reconsider how much faith we really have in our religious, spiritual, philosophical, philanthropical and ethical beliefs. If we discover that we're no longer aligned with a belief system, this is the time to release it.
If we discover that we're rock solid in our beliefs, then this is the time to consider whether we truly walk the walk or simply talk the talk. If the latter, it's time to question our beliefs.
Since Jupiter is about higher knowledge, this influence supports seeking information and asking questions that can lead us to meaningful ideologies that resonate with our personal truth.
Besides belief systems, Jupiter's retrograde cycle prompts us to reevaluate how we define success, abundance, growth and prosperity. Do we define them solely as taught by our family, society, friends or colleagues or do we define them on our own terms?
