NEW MOON AT 22°44' GEMINI JUNE 13, 2018 | 3:43 PM Washington, DC
This month's new moon in the sign of the Twins is unaspected by any major influence. The only aspect is a minor one which happens to be a quincunx with Pluto. Although this aspect may speak to some type of momentary awkwardness, given the absence of any other aspect it's likely to be fleeting and of little consequence.
So what does this mean in terms of new beginnings and new moon manifestation rituals?
It means that although there aren't any influences to support or increase its power, there aren't any harsh or negative ones to weigh it down.
However, it's important to recognize that at the time of this new moon, the planet Mars will be at a crawl as it prepares to station retrograde on June 26. Given that Mars rules initiation, it's possible that intentions set during this new moon may be a bit slow to materialize.
Does that mean you shouldn't bother? Of course not! Just be aware that energetic seeds planted at this time may require some extra attention to help them germinate and blossom. |
