Happy New Year! We're very excited about 2014 and have a big year planned. Three festivals are scheduled: Los Angeles (March 12 – 16), Chicago (April 24 – 28) and again in New York where we will return with some great new films to kick off our 6th season in October. While the festivals are our main focus, we also participate in a variety of other screenings and events. Some of the 2014 events include:

CELEBRATING FIVE YEARS - There are many important qualities in a person or company that are worth admiring. One is loyalty. Over the course of this year we will periodically highlight a company, person or organization in our newsletter that we've been honored to be associated with.
This month we would like to thank Francesco Farina and Daniele Busca of Scavolini Kitchens. When we first sat down with them to talk about the festival, they were in the throes of finishing their flagstore store in Soho. Their showroom was in the middle of construction and they were battling the clock to open. Even with all the pressure of getting the showroom open, they made time to listen to us, discuss ideas and find a way to be involved with the festival. Scavolini has been an enthusiastic supporter and a loyal friend and we thank them for their vision and ongoing commitment.  more info
